Karelyn is a second generation real estate agent serving the Nanaimo market. A graduate of Vancouver Island University with a bachelor's degree in Marketing, she has provided marketing services to various industries including consumer shows, health care, and banking. She began her career in real estate marketing in 2015 and developed a passion for the industry as she provided consulting services to some of the top agents in North America. With a strong background in real estate marketing, moving to the sales side of the business was a natural fit.

Karelyn resides in Nanaimo with her husband, son and dog. When she isn’t serving clients, she enjoys exploring nearby walking trails, parks, and enjoying the beautiful west coast with her family.
